Maģistra darba tēma ir „Grāmatvedības iekšējās kontroles sistēmas pilnveidošana Jūrmalas pilsētas pašvaldībā ”.
Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt Jūrmalas pilsētas Labklājības pārvaldes grāmatvedības iekšējās kontroles sistēmu, atklāt tās nepilnības un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to procesu pilnveidošanai.
Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, maģistra darba autore, izpēta teorētiskus aspektus par iekšējās kontroles sistēmas būtību un nozīmi, analizē un izvērtē Jūrmalas pilsētas Labklājības pārvaldes iekšējās kontroles sistēmu, kā rezultātā izstrādā secinājumus un priekšlikumus iekšējās kontroles sistēmas procesu uzlabošanai.
Maģistra darbā veiktā analīze un pētījums pamatojas uz LR likumdošanas aktu prasībām, speciālās un mācību literatūras par grāmatvedības iekšējo kontroli, iepirkumu un inventarizācijas procesu pieejamo informāciju, Latvijas un ārvalstu zinātniskajiem pētījumiem, publikācijām zinātnisko rakstu krājumos, Jūrmalas pilsētas Labklājības pārvaldes metodiskiem materiāliem, internetā pieejamiem materiāliem, kā arī izdevumiem. Speciālās literatūras pieejamības dēļ, autore ir tulkojusi pieejamos zinātniskos rakstus un dažādu organizāciju veiktos pētījumus.
Maģistra darba apjoms ir 98 lappuses, 18 tabulas, 13 attēli un 4 pielikumi. The theme of the Master thesis is „Improvement of the Accounting Internal control system in the Municipality of Jurmala City”.
The goal of this paper is to assess the Welfare Administration's of Jurmala City accounting internal control system to detect any weaknesses and develop proposals for its improvement.
In order to achieve the goal of master thesis the author explores the theoretical aspects of the internal control system of the nature and importance of analyzes and evaluates Welfare Administration's of Jurmala City internal control system, resulting formulate conclusions and proposals for improving the internal control system.
Master's thesis and the study's analysis is based on the laws of the Latvian Republic, special and training literature on accounting internal control, procurement and inventory process information available in Latvian and foreign scientific research, publications in scientific collections, methodological materials of the Welfare Administration's of Jurmala City, the materials available on the Internet and the costs. Availability of literature, the author has translated the available scientific articles and studies undertaken by various organizations.
Master's work consists of 98 pages, 18 tables, 13 figures and 4 annexes.
