SIA "RCI Gulbene" saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Veicot uzņēmuma saimniecisko analīzi, tā vadībai ir iespēja izvairīties no riskiem nākotnē kā arī pieņemt pamatotus lēmumus turpmākajai uzņēmuma darbībai. Jo veiksmīgāk uzņēmums darbojas, jo lielāku pienesumu tas nes kopējai valsts tautsaimniecībai. SIA “RCI Gulbene” padziļināta uzņēmuma analīze nekad nav veikta. Mērķis - pamatojoties uz saimnieciskās darbības analīzes teorētiskajām nostādnēm, veikt SIA “RCI Gulbene” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākās darbības pilnveidošanai. Rezultāti - autore ir izpētījusi teorijā aprakstītās saimnieciskās darbības analīzes metodes, raksturojusi SIA “RCI Gulbene” darbību, izanalizējusi uzņēmuma vietu tautsaimniecībā, izanalizējusi uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību, veikusi SIA “RCI Gulbene” salīdzināšanu ar konkurentiem, izdarījusi secinājumus kā arī devusi priekšlikumus darbības pilnveidošanai nākotnē. Performing the economical analyses of the enterprise managers have an opportunity to avoid future risks and to take reasoned decisions concerning further operation of the company. The more successful the enterprise operates, the more impressive contribution it brings to the common national economy. In-depth analysis of Llc. “RCI Gulbene” has never been done. Aim – basing on the theoretical approaches of the analyses of economic activities to perform the economic activity analyses of Llc. “RCI Gulbene” and to develop proposals to improve the future action. Results – the author has investigated methods of analyses of economic activities described in the theory, characterized activity of Llc. “RCI Gulbene”, analysed the place of the enterprise in the national economy, analysed economic activity of the enterprise, performed Llc “RCI Gulbene” comparison with competitors, drawn the conclusions and made proposals for improvement of performance in the future.
