Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Projekts: Uzņēmuma SIA „Fast&Fresh” dibināšana” ir izveidots biznesa plāns jauna specializēta ātras ēdienu piegādes uzņēmuma dibināšanai. Projekta „Fast&Fresh” dibināšana” mērķis ir veselīga restorāna tipa ēdiena pieejamības veicināšana, atverot veselīga uztura piegādes uzņēmumu Rīgā, Aleksandra Čaka iela 105. Projekta īstenošanas laiks ir laika periods no 2015. gada 1. jūnija līdz 2015. gada 1. septembrim. Projekta īstenošanai nepieciešamie naudas līdzekļi ir 13 227,32 EUR. Uzņēmuma pamatdarbība balstīsies uz veselīga uztura piegādes servisu, kas mūsdienu steiga atvieglos klientiem darba dienu un atbrīvos no nepieciešamības meklēt iespēju ieturēt maltīti ātri un veselīgi. Kopējās tendences liecina, ka cilvēki izvēlas ēst veselīgāk un garšīgāk, tādēļ arvien būtiskāka nozīme tiek piešķirta ēdiena saturam un kvalitātei, kas garantē vēlamo gala rezultātu – baudāma ēdiena garšu. Līdz ar to darba autore uzskata, ka projekta ideja ir aktuāla.Ka uzņēmuma juridiska forma tika izvēlēta Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību. Par galvenes aspektiem kalpoja atbildība un dalībnieku skaits, ka arī reģistrācijas maksa. SIA „FastFresh” pamatkapitāls sastādīs 5000 EUR. Projekta ietvaros zeme vai ēkas netiks iegādātas. Nepieciešamas telpas uzņēmējdarbības veikšanai tiks izīrētās Rīgā, Čaka ielā 105. Uzņēmuma strādās 6 darbinieki un grāmatvede, darbosies uzņēmumā, ka ārpakalpojuma sniedzējs. Kopumā, uzņēmuma klienti ir mūsdienīgi cilvēki, kas rūpējas par sevī un savu uzturu, un pie tādiem var pieskaitīt gandrīz jebkuru Rīgas iedzīvotāju, kas uzņēmumam paver plašas attīstības perspektīvas.
