Privātpersonu noguldījumu iespējas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Privātpersonu ieguldījumu iespējas Latvijā”. Ikdienā sabiedrība reti iedomājas par to, kā izmantot savus brīvos finanšu līdzekļus, viņi tiek atlikti un uzglabāti, piemēram mājās. Bet ja katrs cilvēks padomātu, naudai ir taču spēja pavairot sevi, jeb citiem vārdiem pelnīt. Šī tēma ir aktuāla, jo parāda ieguldījumu iespējas privātpersonām Latvijā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt privātpersonu ieguldījumu iespēju analīzi un uz veiktās analīzes pamata izstrādāt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus privātpersonu ieguldījumiem atbilstoši vēlamajam ienesīgumam un riska līmenim. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim daļām: 1.Pirmajā daļā tika apskatīti ieguldījumu teorētiskie aspekti; 2.Otrajā daļā tika analizēts ieguldījumu tirgus, ieguldījumu ienesīgums; 3.Trešajā daļā tika izpētīta ieguldījumu aizsardzības sistēma Latvijā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz apskatītiem analīzes rezultātiem, izvērtēt ieguldījumu iespējas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darba autore, darbā apskatīja izplatītākos ieguldījumu veidus un veica analīzi , lai noskaidrotu ieguldījumu ienesīgumu.

Bachelor’s thesis is „Investment opportunities in Latvia for private persons”. Society rarely think how to use their free financial meens, they save and hold them, for example at home. However, if а person looks around – money can do the money, do earning. This subject is topical, because it shows investment opportunities for the private persons in Latvia. Purpose of the present bachelor work is to evaluate investment opportunities and make proposals based on reviewed analysis results. Bachelor work is to carry out private investment opportunity analysis and the basic analysis carried out the draw conclusions and make proposals for private investments according to the desired level of risk and profitability. Bachelor’s thesis includes three parts: 1.First part is devoted to investment theoretical questions; 2.Second part consists of investment market and investment’s profitability analysis. 3.Third part exploring investment protection system in Latvia Bachelor’s thesis purpose is to evaluate investment opportunities and to elaborate proposals on the basis of examined analysis. Bachelor’s thesis author has examined the most common types of investment and made analysis to figure out profitability of investments.
