Akciju Sabiedrības "X" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Akciju Sabiedrības “X” finanšu analīze”. Pašreizējā laika posmā, kad Latvijas ekonomika ir atguvusies no krīzes un atrodas augšupejas posmā, uzņēmumu vadītājiem īpaši svarīgi ir sekot līdzi savu vadīto uzņēmumu finansiālajai situācijai. Darba mērķis ir veikt AS “X” finansiālā stāvokļa analīzi un novērtējumu, kā rezultātā izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Mērķa sasniegšanai autore veic LR normatīvo aktu, literatūras avotu izpēti un AS “X” gada pārskatu datu analīzi par periodu no 2012. līdz 2014. gadam. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 4. nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darbu papildina 24. tabulas, 23. attēli, 20. formulas, 7. pielikumi. Darba apjoms ir 61. lpp. Izvirzītais mērķis ir sasniegts, AS “X” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze ir veikta.

Bachelor's Thesis research theme is “Financial analysis of the JSC "X"". In the current period of time when economy of Latvia is recovered from the crisis and located in the stage of increase, it is particularly important for company's management to keep the track of company’s financial situation. The aim of this study is to make JSC "X" financial situation analysis and assessment and as a result to draw conclusions and make proposals. To achieve the aim, the Author performs research of Latvian legislation and literature, analyses the data of JSC "X" annual reports for the period from 2012 to 2014. This study consists of the introduction, 4 sections, results and conclusions. The study is supplemented with 24 tables, 23 images, 20 formulas, 7 annexes. The volume of the study is 61 pages. The aim is achieved; financial analysis of JSC “X” has been conducted.
