SIA „Tieto Latvia” finanšu analīze un rezultātu novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „SIA „Tieto Latvia” finanšu analīze un rezultātu novērtējums”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt finanšu analīzi uzņēmumam SIA „Tieto Latvia”, novērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli, kā to ietekmējuši notikumi pēdējo pārskatu periodu laikā, novērtēt būtiskākos darbību raksturojošos finanšu rādītājus un to attīstības tendences, novērtēt kādi ir uzņēmuma darbības rezultāti salīdzinājumā ar nozari un tuvākajiem konkurentiem, kā arī prognozēt SIA „Tieto Latvia” maksātspēju uzņēmējdarbības nākotnē. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 21 apakšnodaļas. Diplomdarba pētījuma rezultātā izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi SIA „Tieto Latvia” finansiālā stāvokļa nostiprināšanai. Darbā iekļautais pētījuma periods ir no 2010. līdz 2013. gadam. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 79 lappuses, kurās iekļautas 18 tabulas, 11 attēli un 8 pielikumi.

The title of the thesis is Tieto Latvia Ltd. financial analysis and evaluation of results. The purpose of the thesis is to carry out the financial analysis of Tieto Latvia Ltd., and to evaluate its financial position, as influenced by events in the period of the analysis, and to evaluate the key indicators of the company’s performance and their trends, and to assess how the company has performed compared to its competitors and to the industry as a whole, and lastly, to predict the solvency of Tieto Latvia Ltd. in the future. The thesis consists of 4 chapters and twenty one sub-divisions. As a result of the thesis there are several conclusions and proposals in order to improve the financial position of Tieto Latvia Ltd. The thesis’s timeframe is from 2010 to 2013. The thesis consists of 79 pages, including 18 tables, 11 images and 8 appendices.
