Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Bijušo militāro teritoriju plānošanas risinājumi: Gardenes ciema piemērs” apzināta bijušās militārās teritorijas vēsture, esošā situācija un veikta turpmākā attīstības iespēju analīze, izvērtējot ciema sociālo, fizisko un ekonomisko struktūru. Balstoties uz pieejamo literatūras avotu izpēti, apskatīta konkrētas apdzīvotas vietas plānošanas perspektīvas un iespējamie risinājumi, kā arī izcelta sabiedrības līdzdalības nepieciešamība plānošanas procesā. Praktiskie plānošanas risinājumi balstīti uz citu valstu līdzīgu teritoriju attīstības piemēriem un Gardenes ciema specifiku. Darba rezultātā izstrādāti priekšlikumi bijušās militārās teritorijas attīstības veicināšanai, lai nodrošinātu sociālās, fiziskās un ekonomiskās vides uzlabošanu.

Master paper - Planning Solutions for Former Military Villages: Gardene Village Example studies the history of a former military area, the current situation, and carries out the analysis of possibilities for its further development by doing evaluation of social, physical and economic structure of the village. On the basis of the study of the available literature, planning perspectives and possible solutions for the particular populated area have been studied, as well as the need for public participation in the planning process has been emphasized. Practical planning solutions are based on examples taken from other countries with similar territorial development and features characteristic to Gardene village. The proposals on how to facilitate the development of the former military area in order to ensure the improvement of social, physical and economic environment result from the master paper.
