dc.description.abstract | Jūras drošība ir viena no starptautiski visplašāk regulētajām nozarēm. Ar centieniem radīt drošu kuģošanas vidi Pasaules okeānā, valstis aktīvi sadarbojas drošas kuģošanas nodrošināšanas pasākumos. Mūsdienās jūras tiesību kodifikācija bija pirmais lielais ANO Starptautisko tiesību mēģinājums kodificēt daudzpusējās konvencijās lielus starptautisko tiesību segmentus. 1982. gada 30. aprīlī tika parakstīta ANO Jūras tiesību konvencija.Konvencijas preambulā ir teikts, ka jautājumi, kurus neregulē šī konvencija, tiek regulēti saskaņā ar vispārējo starptautisko tiesību normām un principiem.Darbā tiek skatīta jūras kuģu aizturēšanas un aresta procedūras specifika Gruzijas Republikā,
Melnās jūras piekrastes valstī, saskaņā ar tās nacionālajiem tiesību aktiem. Gruzijas Republika nav Starptautiskās konvencijas par noteiktu likumu, kas attiecas uz jūras kuģu arestu,unifikāciju (Brisele, 1952.gada 10.maijs) un 1999.gada 12.marta Starptautiskās konvencijas par kuģu arestu dalībniece. dc.description.abstract | Maritime security is one of the most internationally regulated industries. With the effort to create a safe environment for the World Ocean Shipping, the countries actively cooperate safe navigation security measures. Today the Law of the Sea was the first major codification of international law, the UN attempted to codify the major multilateral conventions of international law segments. On 30 April 1982, signed the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. The preamble of the Convention states that the issues that are not covered by this Convention, shall be governed in accordance with the general rules of international law and principles.In this master`s thesis are viewed Sea detention and arrest procedures specificity in Georgia Republic, Black sea coast country, in accordance with its national law. Georgia is not a Member of International Convention Relating to the Arrest of Sea-Going Ships (Brussels,May 10, 1952) and International Convention on the Arrest of Ships (Geneva, March 12,1999)Therefore, law realizing arrests of ships, is based on the Georgian legislation and case law. | en_US |
