dc.description.abstract | Kriminālprocesa likuma 10.nodaļā ir nosaukti izmeklēšanas darbību veidi un to būtība. Viena no šīm izmeklēšanas darbībām ir pratināšana, tās definīcija ir noteikta Kriminālprocesa likuma 145.pantā. Kriminālprocesa likums nesniedz priekšstatu par pratināšanas nozīmīgumu un pratināšanas norises kārtību. Tas ir atrodams kriminālistikas un kriminālprocesa literatūrā un doktrīnā. Pašu pratināšanas kārtību un tās norisi nosaka procesa virzītājs. Lai efektīvi spētu izmantot pratināšanai paredzēto laiku un noskaidrotu no pratināmās personas patiesu informāciju, procesa virzītājam ir jāizmanto taktiskie paņēmieni, ar mērķi padarīt pratināmās personas vēlmi sniegt nepatiesas ziņas par neiespējamu. Taktiskie paņēmieni ir vitāli pratināšanā un tos ir regulāri jāizmanto, lai paaugstinātu pratināšanas efektivitāti. Taktisko paņēmienu izmantošana ir procesuāla rakstura jautājums, tāpēc to pilnvērtīga analīze un uzlabošana ir iespējama tikai piedaloties pratināšanā. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Section 10 of the Criminal Procedure Law has named types of investigative activities and their nature. One of these types of investigative action is interroga-tion, the definition of it can be found in Criminal Procedure Law 145.p. Criminal Procedure Law does not explain and idea of the importance of questioning and process of interrogation procedures. It is found in the forensic, criminal literature and doctrines. Interrogation procedures and the conduct of the process is deter-mined by claimant. To be able effectively use the time for cross-examination and find out the correct information from the person, claimant must use special tactics in order to make the person to give false information about impossible. Tactical in-terrogation techniques are vital and are regularly used to increase the effectiveness of interrogation. Tactical techniques is a procedural matter, because the full analy-sis and improvement of it, is possible only through participation in the interrogation. | en_US |
