Rīcība ar noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu kriminālprocesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „ Rīcība ar noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu ’’. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizējot literatūru, pētot tiesu praksi un ārvalstīs esošo regulējumi, izprast, kāda ir Kriminālprocesā iespējamā rīcība ar noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu. Noskaidrot ar šo tiesību institūtu saistītos problēmjautājumus un sniegt uz tiem atbildes. Bakalaura darba uzdevums ir izpētīt institūta ‘‘rīcība ar noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu’’ vēsturisko attīstību, salīdzināt šī institūta regulējumu Latvijas Republikas un citu valstu normatīvajos aktos, sniegt tiesu prakses analīzi saistībā ar noziedzīgi iegūtu mantu, analizēt gadījumus, kuros manta ir atzīstama par noziedzīgi iegūtu.Bachelor thesis:,, Actions with illegally gained property in criminal procedure’’. Bachelor thesis aims at studying and analyzing the legal literature, case and abroad law, existing framework, to understand what is the course of action in criminal proceedings with illegally gained property, to clarify the process of illegally acquired property of the practical operation of the related problems and their possible solutions. Bachelor thesis tasks are to study the behavior of illegally gained property regulation historical development of the institute, the Latvian law and regulations of foreign laws, comparison of both national and abroad regulation, analysis of jurisprudence in context of the illegally gained property, to analyze cases in which the property is recognized as the proceeds of crime.
