Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Iekšējā komunikācija uzņēmumā „Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia”: organizācija un novērtējums”.
Pētnieciskā problēma: noteikt, vai un kādos aspektos uzņēmuma „Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia” iekšējā komunikācija atbilst Džeimsa Gruniga izstrādātajai lieliskuma teorijai, kas ļauj raksturot lieliskumu sabiedriskajās attiecībās.
Darbā pielietota teorija par lieliskumu sabiedriskajās attiecībās, iekšējās komunikācijas skaidrojums, organizācijas teorētiskā izpratne.
Darba mērķi:1) Izpētīt „Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia” iekšējo komunikāciju; 2) Noskaidrot, cik efektīvi ir organizēta iekšējā komunikācija Statoil un vai tā veicina darbinieku kompetenču pilnveidošanu, prasmju apguvi un paaugstina motivāciju sasniegt uzņēmuma mērķus.
Pētniecības metodes – aptauja, daļēji strukturētā intervija, Kronbaha alfa datu uzticamības tests. Bachelor thesis: „Internal communication within "Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia": organization and evaluation”.
Research problem: determine whether and in what aspects the company’s "Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia" internal communication comply to G. Grunigs developed Excellence theory, which allows to describe the excellence in public relations, using 12 criteria.
For the Bachelor research there are G. Grunig theory of the public relations, internal communication of an organization after G. Grunig and G. Farannta, as well as the theoretical comprehensions of organizations after G. Grunig used.
The work consists of introduction, theoretical part, methodological part, empirical part, conclusions and recommendations.
Objectives: 1)Research the company’s "Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia" internal communication;
2) Find out how effectively/excellent is the company’s "Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia" internal communication organized and whether it contributes to the staff’s competence development, skill acquisitions and increases the motivation to achieve business goals.
Research methods used in the study are a survey, semi-structured interview and Cronbach's alpha data reliability test.
