Antihipertensīvo medikamentu apgrozījums Saldus aptiekās - "Liepu Zaļā aptieka" un "Saldus Zaļā aptieka" 2013.-2014. gadā

Abstract

Antihipertensīvie medikamenti tiek lietoti, lai ārstētu hipertensiju, kas ir viena no pasaulē biežākajām kardiovaskulārajām saslimšanām. Antihipertensīvie medikamenti tiek iedalīti 5 grupās- beta blokatori, AT II receptoru blokatori, AKEI inhibitori, kalcija kanālu blokatori, diurētiskie līdzekļi. Darba uzdevumi bija analizēt antihipertensīvo medikamentu apriti „Saldus Zaļajā aptiekā” „Liepu Zaļajā aptiekā” par 2013. un 2014. gadu, noskaidrot, kuri no kombinētajiem antihipertensīviem medikamentiem ir vispieprasītākie, izpētīt antihipertensīvo medikamentu lietošanu atkarībā no dzimuma un vecuma. Autore noskaidroja, ka 2014. gadā antihipertensīvo medikamentu apgrozījums ir palielinājies abās Saldus pilsētas aptiekās. Antihipertensīvos medikamentus vairāk izraksta sievietēm, nekā vīriešiem. Antihipertensīvos medikamentus izraksta gados vecākiem pacientiem vecumā no 61 līdz 80 gadiem.

Antihypertensive drugs are used to treat a hypertension, which is the most common cardiovascular disease in the world. Antihypertensive drugs are divided into 5 groups- beta-blockers, AT-II receptor blockers, ACEI inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, diuretics. Work tasks is to analyze the anti-hypertensive drugs consumption in „Saldus Zaļā drugstore” „Liepu Zaļā drugstore” at the year of 2013 and 2014, to find out which of the combined anti- hypertensive drugs are the most demanded, to explore the use of anti- hypertensive drugs, depending on age and gender. The author found that the consumption of anti-hypertensive drugs has increased in both Saldus drugstores in 2014. Anti-hypertensive drugs mostly prescribed to women than men. Anti- hypertensive drugs prescribed to patients in the age between 61 to 80.
