Šizofrēnijas ārstēšanā izmantojamo kompensējamo medikamentu aprite Smiltenes "UNION MED" aptiekā

Abstract

Šizofrēnija ir viena no smagākajām psihiskajām saslimšanām, kurai nav pilnībā apzināti tās rašanās iemesli. Tā pārsvarā izpaužas ar dažādām halucinācijām, murgu idejām, domāšanu un emociju traucējumiem, kas bieži kombinējas ar autismu, ambivalenci un anhedoniju. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot šizofrēnijas ārstēšanā izmantojamo kompensējamo medikamentu apriti Smiltenes „UNION MED” aptiekā un izvērtēt šizofrēnijas pacientus pēc vecuma un dzimuma. Iegūtie dati liecina, ka visvairāk izrakstīts ir atipiskais neiroleptiķis kvetiapīns – 2960 tabletes. Pētījuma laikā tika apkalpoti 45 klienti, no kuriem 24 bija vīrieši. Visvairāk ar šizofrēniju slimo vecuma grupā no 40 līdz 50 gadiem. Biežāk sastopamā šizofrēnijas forma ir Paranoīdā šizofrēnija.

Schizophrenia is one of the most complicated mental diseases, to which have not found the existance reasons. It mainly like to express oneself with different types of hallucinations, delirium ideas, disturbance of thinking and emotions, that often combines with autism, ambivalence and anhedonia. The purpose of this work was to find out usable compensatory movements of medication by treating schizophrenia at "UNION MED" pharmacy in Smiltene and to evaluate schizophrenia patients by their age and gender. Findings shows that most of the patients get atypical neuroleptic called quetiapine – 2960 tablets. During the research there were 45 clients, from which 24 were male. Most of the schizophrenia patients are people at the age of 40 to 50. Most frequently form of schizophrenia is Paranoid schizophrenia.
