dc.description.abstractBakalaura darbs tika izstrādāts LU Medicīnas fakultātē Mg. Sc. biol. Ivetas Līdumas vadībā. Bakalaura darbā ir analizēta Mikobakterioloģiskajā laboratorijā identificēto no klīniskajiem paraugiem izdalīto raugveida sēņu dati, ka arī pētīta sēņu paraugu jutība, pret antifungālajiem līdzekļiem (amfotericīnu B, itrakonazolu, flukonazolu). Sēņu sugas tika identificētas izmantojot mikroskopisko analīzi, ka arī veicot uzsējumus uz BBL™ CHROMagar™ barotnes. Lai noteiktu antifungālo jutību tika izmantota standartizēta disku difūzijas metode, izmantojot CLSI noteiktos kritērijus, kā arī lietojot E-testus tika noteikta MIC (minimālā inhibējošā koncentrācija). Jutība pret antifungālajiem līdzekļiem tika noteikta 31 Candida sp. izolātiem, no kuriem 20 paraugi bija jutīgi pret amfotericīnu B, itrakonazolu un flukonazolu, 10 paraugi (9 C.krusei un viens C.glabrata) izolāti bija rezistenti pret flukonazolu un viens C.glabrata bija rezistents pret itrakonazolu. Analizējot no klīniskajiem paraugiem izdalītās sēņes laikā no 2014.01.01. līdz 2014.31.12, visbiežāka noteiktā Candida ģints sēņu suga bija C.albicans, kas veidoja 68,5% no visiem paraugiem. Savukārt, C.krusei suga, veidoja tikai 2,1% no visiem izdalītajiem paraugiem.en_US
dc.description.abstractBachelor thesis was developed in Latvian University at the Faculty of Medicine by Mg. Sc. Biol. Iveta Liduma’s guidance. In this bachelor thesis was analyzed data of isolated yeasts, which were identified from clinical samples in the mycological and bacteriological laboratory and also in this work was studied yeasts susceptibility, which were isolated from clinical materials to antifungal drugs (amphotericin B, itraconazole, fluconazole). Yeast species were identified by using microscopic analysis, as well as by plates with BBL™ CHROMagar™ medium. To determine the antifungal susceptibility was used standardized disc diffusion method using CLSI criteria, MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) was determined using e-tests. Susceptibility to antifungal agents was determined in 31 Candida sp. isolates, of which 20 samples were susceptible to amphotericin B, itraconazole and fluconazole, 10 isolates (9 C.krusei and 1 C.glabrata) were resistant to fluconazole and one C.glabrata were resistant to itraconazole. Analyzing yeasts, which were isolated from clinical samples from 01.01.2014. to 12.31.2014, the most frequently Candida species was C. albicans, which accounted for 68.5% of all samples. By contrast, C.krusei, was accounted only for 2.1% of all samples, which was isolated.en_US
