Troksnis kā pacienta un personāla veselību ietekmējošs faktors intensīvās terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Maģistratūras darba tēma – Troksnis kā pacientu un personāla veselību ietekmējošs faktors intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka troksnis ir nozīmīga vides problēma. Intensīvā terapija ir viena no medicīnas nozarēm, kurā strādājošajiem ir paaugstināta iespēja sastapties ar troksni kā darba vides riska faktoru. Darba mērķis ir aprakstīt un analizēt troksni kā faktoru, kas ietekmē pacienta un personāla veselību intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas un pētnieciskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēti un apkopoti 50 literatūras avoti par troksni, trokšņa ietekmi uz fizioloģiju, psihiskām un sociālām problēmām, trokšņu īpatnībām, trokšņu veidiem, vides trokšņa avotu mērīšanu. Maģistra darbā tika izmantota Florences Naitingelas vides teorija. Pētniecības daļā tika veiktas un analizētas daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar 10 pacientiem un 10 māsām. Tika veikti un analizēti skaņas mērījumi, kas tika atspoguļoti diagrammās. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode- pacientu un māsu intervijas, trokšņa līmeņa mērījumi. Tika veikta kontentanalīze, kas atspoguļo respondentu atbildes par trokšņa ietekmi. Analizējot trokšņa mērījumu datus, var secināt, ka trokšņa līmenis intensīvās terapijas nodaļā periodiski ir augstāks. Intervētie pacienti, medicīnas personāls atrodoties intensīvās terapijas palātā, ir jutuši pastiprinātu trokšņu līmeni un atsevišķus trokšņus, ko subjektīvi saista ar uztraukumu, nervozitāti, stresu.

Master's thesis - Noise as patient and staff health factor influencing the intensive care unit. Topicality is determined that the noise is a significant environmental problem. Intensive therapy is one of the therapeutic areas in which the workers have an increased chance encounter with noise as an environmental risk factor. The aim is to describe and analyze the noise as a factor that affects the patient and staff health intensive care unit. Master's thesis consists of a theoretical part and research part. Theoretical part was analyzed and compiled 50 bibliographical sources of noise, the noise impact on physiology, mental and social problems, noise characteristics, types of noise, environmental noise source measurement. Master's work was used in Florence Naitingelas environmental theory. The research part was carried out and analyzed in semi-structured interviews with 10 patients and 10 nurses. It was taken and analyzed acoustic measurements, which were reflected in the diagrams. The study used quantitative and qualitative research metode- patient and nursing interviews, noise level measurements. Content analysis was performed, which reflects the respondents' answers about the effects of noise. Analyzing noise measurement data, it can be concluded that the noise level in intensive care unit periodically higher. Interviewed patients, medical personnel while in the intensive care ward, have had enhanced noise and some noise by subjective associated with anxiety, nervousness, stress.
