Māsu profesionālā pieredze sāpju vadīšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Māsu profesionālā pieredze sāpju vadīšanā. Pasaulē veiktajos māszinību pētījumos ir uzsvērta māsu zināšanu un pieredzes savstarpējā saikne kvalitatīva sāpju aprūpes procesa vadīšanā. Pēc Starptautiskās Sāpju izpētes asociācijas definīcijas sāpes ir nepatīkamas sajūtas un emocijas, kas var būt saistītas ar reālu vai potenciāli iespējamu audu bojājumu. Pētījuma pamatā pielietota P.Benneres māszinību teorija. Bakalaura darba mērķis bija analizēt māsu profesionālo pieredzi sāpju vadīšanā. Izvirzītā hipotēze: pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības starp māsas pienākumiem sāpju vadīšanā un profesionālo pieredzi. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi bija analizēt literatūras avotus par māsu profesionālo pieredzi akūtu un hronisku sāpju vadīšanā, analizēt māsu pienākumus sāpju aprūpē – sāpju novērtēšanā, aprūpes realizācijā un veikto darbību novērtēšanā, izveidot pētījuma instrumentu – anketu, lai noskaidrotu māsu viedokli par māsu pienākumiem sāpju aprūpē, veikt aptauju, veikt iegūto datu analīzi un noteikt māsas pienākumu statistiski nozīmīgu atšķirību esamību saistībā ar māsu profesionālo pieredzi, izdarīt secinājumus. Bakalaura darba mērķa sasniegšanai pielietota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētniecības instruments internās aprūpes māsu aptaujas anketa. Pētījums tika veikts divās Latgales daudzprofila slimnīcās. Kopējais respondentu skaits – 160. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze tika pierādīta un apliecina, ka māsu profesionālā pieredze ir saistīta ar māsu pienākumiem sāpju vadīšanā. Darba gaitā noskaidrots, ka māsas ar lielāku profesionālo darba pieredzi atzīmē vairāk ar sāpēm saistīto simptomu vadīšanas un novēršanas nozīmi un veikto darbību dokumentēšanu.

The topic of the bachelor paper: Nurse Professional Experience in Pain Management. The mutual connection between nurses' knowledge and experience in qualitative pain care process management is highlighted in nursing studies, carried out in the world. According the definition presented by the International Association for the Study of Pain, pain is unpleasant feelings and emotions that may be associated with an actual or potentially possible tissue damage. The research is based on the nursing theory by P. Benner. The objective of the bachelor paper is to analyze professional experience of nurses in pain management. The hypothesis: there are statistically significant differences between the duties of a nurse in pain management and professional experience. The tasks of the bachelor paper are the following: to analyze literature about nurses' professional experience in both acute and chronic pain management, to analyze nurses' duties in pain care - pain evaluation, care and assessment of the activities carried out, to develop a research tool - a questionnaire - in order to find out opinions of nurses concerning nurses' duties in pain care, to make survey, to analyze the obtained data, and to determine the existence of nurses duties' statistically significant differences in relation to professional experience of nurses, to draw conclusions. Quantitative research method was applied in order to achieve the objective of the bachelor paper; the research tool: a questionnaire for internal care nurses. The research was conducted in two multi-profile hospitals in Latgale. The research hypothesis was proven. It confirms that professional experience of nurses is related to nurses' duties in pain management. It was clarified that nurses with larger professional working experience pay more attention to the importance of pain-related symptoms' management and prevention, and documenting of activities carried out.
