Abstract

Darba tēma - paliatīvās aprūpes speciālisti ir īpaši, jo viņi zina kā palīdzēt arī tad, kad modernās zāles un tehnoloģijas vairs nepalīdz. Palīdzot pacientam izpaust savas jūtas un pārliecinot viņus, ka šo jūtu izpausmes veids ir pieņemams un situācijai atbilstošs, iespējams mazināt viņu bailes, atvieglot saskarsmi ar ģimeni. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt fiziskās aprūpes un saskarsmes nodrošināšanas paliatīvajās nodaļās.

Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot literatūru par paliatīvu aprūpi un V.Hendersones teoriju, izstrādāt anketu, veikt aptauju, izdarīt iegūto rezultātu apkopojumu un analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma izmantota kvantitatīva pētniecības metode. Hipotēze tika apstiprināta: paliatīvo pacientu aprūpē ir nodrošinātā fiziska aprūpe bet ir nepietiekama atbalstoša saskarsmes aprūpē.
