Pacientu priekštati par māsu lomām internajā aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir pacientu priekšstati par māsu lomām internajā aprūpē. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo, mainoties veselības aprūpes sistēmai, pieaug māsu loma ārstniecības procesā un attiecībās ar pacientu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu priekšstatus par māsu lomām internajā aprūpē, līdz ar to autores noteiktie pētniecības darba uzdevumi ir: 1) analizēt literatūru saistītu ar māsu lomām internajā aprūpē; 2) V.Hendersones māszinību teorijas analīze; 3) izveidot pacientu aptaujas anketas; 4) pilotpētījums; 5) apkopot, apstrādāt un izvērtēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus; 6) izdarīt secinājumus; 7) sagatavot ieteikumus. Šī bakalaura darba ietvaros izvirzīta šāda hipotēze: pacienti uzskata, ka galvenā māsas loma ir māsa – aprūpes veicēja, vienlaicīgi vadot pacienta aprūpes darbu, izglītojot pacientus, viņu ģimenes locekļus un sabiedrību. Pētniecības darba ietvaros veikta interno slimību profila nodaļu pacientu aptauja vienā no Rīgas slimnīcām, izmantojot kvantitatīvā pētījuma metodi. Šī bakalaura darba autores iegūtie rezultāti pētījuma laikā apstiprināja izvirzīto hipotēzi, ka par galveno māsas lomu pacienti uzskata māsu – aprūpes veicēju, vadot pacienta aprūpes darbu, izglītojot pacientus, viņu ģimenes locekļus un sabiedrību. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, autore iesaka sniegt pacientiem vairāk informācijas par māsu lomām ārstniecības iestādēs un mājas aprūpē, lai veicinātu pacientu izpratni par māsu darbu. The theme of this Bachelor Thesis is „Patients’ perceptions of roles of nurses in internal care”. The theme is determined by the changes in the health system, as the role of nurses is growing in the treatment process and the relationship with the patient. The aim of the thesis is to find out patients’ perceptions of roles of nurses in internal care, thus, the following research objectives are set by author: 1) to study literature on roles of nurses in internal care; 2) V.Henderson nursing theory analysis; 3) to create a questionnaires of patients; 4) a pilot study; 5) to collect, process and evaluate the survey analysis; 6) to draw conclusions; 7) to prepare suggestions. In the framework of this Bachelor Thesis the following hypothesis is defined: patients consider that the main role of nurse is a nurse – caregiver, simultaneously leading patient care process, educating patients, their family members and the society. In the framework of research was carried out a survey of patients of units of internal diseased profiles in one of the Riga City hospitals, using the quantitative research method. The results obtained by the Thesis author during the research confirmed the proposed hypothesis that the main role of nurse patients consider that the role of nurse – caregiver, leading patient care process, educating patients, their family members and the society. Based on the study results the author suggests inform more patients about roles of nurses in health institutions and home care in order to contribute to patients’ awareness of nurses’ work.
