Pacientu aprūpes prioritātes gremošanas sistēmas hronisku saslimšanu gadījumā
Abstract
Bakalaura darba “Pacientu aprūpes prioritātes gremošanas sistēmas hronisku saslimšanu gadījumā” mērķis – noskaidrot, aprūpes prioritātes pacientiem ar hroniskām gremošanas sistēmas saslimšanām. Pētījuma izvirzītā hipotēze – aprūpes prioritātes pacientiem ar hroniskām gremošanas sistēmas saslimšanām balstās uz fizioloģisko pamatvajadzību apmierināšanu. Darbā tika aprakstīta Virdžinijas Hendersones 14 pamatvajadzību teorija. Tika analizēta un apkopota literatūra. Tika veikts pētījums.
Teorētiskajā daļā apkopota informācija par hroniskām gremošanas sistēmas saslimšanām, pacientu aprūpi un pamatvajadzībām.
Praktiskajā daļā tika apkopoti un analizēti dati par pacientu aprūpes prioritātēm gremošanas sistēmas hronisku saslimšanu gadījumā. Iegūtie rezultāti atbalsta izvirzīto pētījuma hipotēzi.
Darbā izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti, no tiem 2 angļu valodā un 28 latviešu valodā.

The aim of the bachelor paper “Priorities of Inpatient Internal Care in Case of Chronic Digestive System Diseases” is to determine care priorities for patients with chronic diseases of the digestive system. The research hypothesis – care priorities for patients with chronic diseases of the digestive system is based on the basic physiological needs. Research study describes the Virginia Henderson’s 14 basic needs theory. Literature was analysed and summarised. Research was performed.
The theoretical part provides information on chronic digestive system diseases, patient care and basic needs.
In the practical part data on patient care priorities for patients with chronic diseases of the digestive system was collected and analysed. The results support the hypothesis put forward in the study.
30 literature sources were used in the paper, 2 of them in English, and 28 in Latvian.
