Obstipācijas problēmas stacionētiem pacientiem internajā aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir - Obstipācijas problēmas stacionētiem pacientiem internajā aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka obstipācijas problēmas rašanās stacionēto pacientu vidū. Darba mērķis ir - noskaidrot un izpētīt obstipācijas problēmas stacionētiem pacientiem internajā aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: analizēt zinātniskās literatūras avotus par obstipacijām, aptaujas anketas izstrāde, praktiskā pētījuma veikšana pacientu vidū, iegūto rezultātu apstrāde un analīze, secinājumu izstrāde. Izvirzīta hipotēze - stacionētiem pacientiem obstipāciju izraisa ne tikai atrašanās neierastā vidē, bet arī uztura un dzīves ritma izmaiņas. Pētniecības instruments: pētniecības anketa. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīvā. Pētījumā iegūtie dati būs noderīgi māsām, lai turpmāk atvieglotu aprūpes procesu, bet pacientiem – lai varētu novērst ietekmējošus faktorus. Veiktais pētījums ļāva secināt, ka darba mērķis ir sasniegts. Pētījuma hipotēze ir apstiprināta, jo pētījums pierādīja, ka stacionēto pacientu vidū obstipācijas izraisa ne tikai atrašanās neierastā vidē, bet arī uztura un dzīves ritma izmaiņas.

Bachelor’s thesis - Obstipation problems of hospitalized patients in internal care. Topicality of thesis is described by obstipation problems occurrence among stationed patients. The objective is to identify and explore obstipation problems of hospitalized patients in internal care. The research tasks are: to analyse the scientific literature about obstipation, questionnaire design, practical conduct of the study among patients, processing and analysis of obtained results, development of conclusions. The defined hypothesis is – causes of obstipation for hospitalized patients are not only by unusual environment, but also because of changes in patient’s nutrition and rhythm of life. Research instruments: research questionnaire. Research method - quantitative. The study findings will be useful for nurses to further facilitate the patient’s treatment, for patients - to prevent the influencing factors. A study showed that the objective is achieved. The research hypothesis is confirmed, and the study proved that among patients stationed obstipation is caused not only by unusual environment, but also because of changes in patient’s nutrition and rhythm of life.
