Aprūpes prioritātes hemodialīzes pacientu skatījumā

Abstract

Pētniecības darbā tiek pētītas aprūpes prioritātes hemodialīzes pacientu skatījumā. Pētījums veikts izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētījuma metodi. Kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes izmantotais instruments – intervija. Autore pētīja aprūpes prioritātes hemodialīzes pacientu skatījumā. Pētniecības procesā tika veikta arī pētījumā iesaistīto respondentu dokumentu analīze. Autore salīdzināja klīniskās ķīmijas asins analīžu rādītāju izmaiņas mēneša intervālā. Izvērtējot laboratoriskos rādītājus dinamikā, tie bija bez būtiskām izmaiņām. Lai varētu objektīvi izvērtēt izvirzīto aprūpes prioritāšu un laboratorisko rādītāju mijiedarbību, analīžu rezultātus būtu nepieciešams apskatīt ilgākā laika posmā. Course work is devoted to care priorities from perspective of haemodialysis patients. The research was made using qualitative research method. Qualitative research method main tool was interview. The author of research studied care priorities from perspective of haemodialysis patients. In the process of research there was taken into account analysis of respondent document. The author compared the clinical chemistry blood test abnormalities to month interval. Evaluating dynamics of laboratory performance - they were without substantial changes. It is essential to look at the analysis results in longer term therefore care priorities and laboratory parameters would be seen more objectively.
