| dc.description.abstract | Darba tēma- Hematoloģisko pacientu aprūpes prioritātes ķīmijterapijas laikā. Mērķis: noskaidrot hematoloģisko pacientu aprūpes prioritātes ķīmijterapijas laikā. Uzdevumi: analizēt literatūras avotus un apzināt pētījumus par hematoloģisko pacientu aprūpi ķīmijterapijas laikā, izveidot aptaujas anketu, veikt māsu un pacientu aptauju hematoloģijas nodaļās, analizēt iegūtos datus un izdarīt secinājumus. Hipotēze: hematoloģisko pacientu aprūpes prioritātes ķīmijterapijas laikā ir tās agrīnās blaknes. Instruments: aptaujas anketas pacientiem un māsām. Pētniecības metode- kvantitatīvā.
Darbs sadalīts trijās nodaļās: pirmajā nodaļā aprakstīta profesionālā atbildība medicīnas darbiniekiem, otrajā hematoloģisko pacientu aprūpe, trešajā pacientu aprūpes prioritātes ķīmijterapijas laikā. Darba veikšanai izmantota informācijas vākšana un apkopošana.
Darba laikā secināts, ka māsas un pacienti kā visbiežākās komplikācijas izvirza sliktu dūšu un vemšanu, kas apstiprina izvirzīto hipotēzi.

| dc.description.abstract | The theme of this paper- Haematological patient care priorities during chemotherapy. The aim: to find out haematological patient care priorities during chemotherapy. The objectives: to analyse literary sources and investigate research about Haematological patient care priorities during chemotherapy, to make questionnaire, to carry out nurses un patients questionnaire in haematological departments, to analyse collected data and to make conclusions. Hypothesis: Haematological patient care priorities during chemotherapy are its early reaction. Instrument: questionnaire for nurses and patients. The method of research: quantitative.
The present bachelor paper is divided in to three chapters: the first chapter focuses on professional responsibility of medicine workers; the second chapter focuses on haematological patient care; the third chapter focuses on patient care priorities during chemotherapy. Information collection and gathering are used for this paper.
It is concluded, that nurses and patients as the most frequent complications raises nausea and vomit that approve the hypothesis.
