Bakalaura darba tēma − „Pacienta atsāpināšana pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas”.
Neskatoties uz sāpju vadīšanas tehnoloģiju attīstību, pēcoperācijas sāpju biežums pieaug. Rezultāti rāda, ka apmēram 75% pacientu pēcoperācijas periodā sūdzas par mērenām pēcoperācijas sāpēm, līdz ar to aktualizējot sāpju problēmu klīniskajā aprūpē. Tādēļ aprūpei jānodrošina pilnīga kontrole par sāpju novērtēšanu un atsāpināšanu, kurā iesaistās viss veselības aprūpes personāls, tai skaitā, māsa.
Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot sāpju novērtēšanas un atsāpināšanas metodes pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas.
Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūru par atsāpināšanās metodēm pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas; analizēt B.Ņūmenas māszinības teoriju, saistībā ar pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanu, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju, veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu, apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos datus, formulēt secinājumus.
Pētniecības jautājums: Kā tiek veikta sāpju novērtēšana un atsāpināšana pacientiem pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas?

Despite the pain management technology development, post-operative pain frequency increases. The results show that about 75% of pacients in the postoperative period are complaining of moderate postoperative pain, thereby raising the profile of the problem of pain in clinical care. Therefore, care must ensure complete control of pain assessment and pain management, with the involment of all health-care staff, including a nurse.
The aim of the research is to identify pain assessment methods and analgesia after knee joint replacement.
Research objectives are to analyze the literature on pain management techniques after knee joint replacement; analyze B. Neuman nursing theory, in connection with the after knee replacement, the development of research tools – interview, make a pilot study and a study to collect and analyze data obtained from research, to formulate conclusions.
Research question: How assessment of pain and analgesia is carried out after knee joint replacement?
Research tool: interview. Research method - qualitative. The results show that after knee replacement requires pain assessment and pain analgesia. The question of the research is answered.
