| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba pētījuma tēma izvēlēta, balstoties uz darba autores pieredzi praksē Nacionālo bruņoto spēku (NBS) Nodrošinājuma pavēlniecības Medicīnas nodrošinājuma centrā (NP MNC), kā arī apzinot medicīnas personāla noslogotību īpaši ķirurģijas un traumatisko pacientu sektorā.
Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt NBS Medicīnas nodrošinājuma centra pacientu plūsmas struktūru, un izanalizēt ķirurģisko pacientu plūsmu laikaposmā no 2012.-2014. gadam.
Pētījuma jautājumi:
1. Kā tiek organizēta pacientu plūsma un ārstu noslogojums NBS NP Medicīnas nodrošinājuma centrā?
2. Kādas ir biežāk sastopamās ķirurģiskas un traumatoloģiskas problēmas NBS karavīru vidū?
Pētījuma uzdevumi:
·Apkopot un analizēt literatūru par NBS NP Medicīnas nodrošinājuma centra struktūru, darbību, karavīru veselības aprūpes organizēšanu NBS Latvijā.
·Izpētīt un analizēt NBS NP MNC medicīniskās darba atskaites laikaposmā no 2012. gada marta līdz 2014. gada decembrim.
·Apkopot iegūtos rezultātus, veikt secinājumus.
Izmantota kvalitatīvā datu ieguves metode, veicot NBS NP MNC darba atskaišu analīzi.
Pētījumā kā mērķa grupas situācijas detalizētai izzināšanai tika identificētas NBS virsdienesta karavīri. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor thesis research theme chosen by the author on the basis of experience in practice of the National Armed Forces (NAF) Medical Logistics Command security center (MLC SC) as well as the identification of medical personnel workload especially surgical and traumatic patient sector. Traumatic events are an inevitable part of life.
The study aims: Explore NAF Medical Center patients collateral flow patterns, and analyze the surgical patient flow time frame from 2012 to the 2014th year.
The research questions:
1. How is the flow of patients and doctors occupancy NAF Medical Security Center?
2. What are the most common surgical and trauma problems NAF soldiers in the middle?
Research objectives:
· Compile and analyze literature on NAF Medical Center security structure, operation, soldiers healthcare organization Latvian National Armed Forces.
· Explore and analyze NAF MLC SC medical work reference time frame from January 2012 to December 2014.
· To summarize the results, make conclusions.
Used qualitative data mining method by NAF MLC SC job reporting analysis.
The study as a target group for detailed exploration of the situation were identified NAF Armed soldiers. | en_US |
