Intravenozās anestēzijas pielietojums Neatliekamās Medicīniskās Palīdzības nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Intravenozās anestēzijas pielietojums neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības nodaļā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka nepieciešamība efektīvi izmantot veselības aprūpei pieejamos resursus. Darbā analizēta informācija par vispārējās anestēzijas būtību un nodrošināšanu, intravenozās anestēzijas nodrošināšanu neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības (NMP) nodaļā un NMP nodaļas māsas lomu tajā. Darba mērķis ir analizēt intravenozās anestēzijas pielietojumu NMP nodaļā. Pētniecības uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru, izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentus, veikt pētījumu un izvērtēt pētījuma rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus un aktualizēt priekšlikumus NMP nodaļas māsas darbības pilnveidošanai intravenozās anestēzijas nodrošināšanā. Galvenie rezultāti: intravenozā anestēzija NMP nodaļā tiek pielietota ~ 70 reizes gadā, visbiežāk traumu gadījumos, pēc kā pacienti 85 % gadījumu var turpināt ārstēties ambulatori. Slimnīcai ir nepieciešamā kapacitāte intravenozās anestēzijas nodrošināšanai NMP nodaļā. Atslēgas vārdi: intravenozā anestēzija, neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības nodaļa.

The theme of paper is "Intravenous anesthesia use in the Emergency department". Necessity to use for healthcare available resources effectively define topicality of theme. In this paper are analyzed information about nature and provision of general anesthesia, provision of intravenous anesthesia in the Emergency department and role of Emergency department nurse in it. The aim of this paper is to analyze the use of intravenous anesthesia in the Emergency department. Objectives of research are to analyze literature, to develop research tools, to conduct a study, to assess the results of the study, to draw conclusions and to update proposals for performance improving of Emergency department nurses in provision of intravenous anesthesia. Main results: intravenous anesthesia in the Emergency department is used ~ 70 times a year, the most common in cases of injury, after which 85% of patients can continue to receive treatment in outpatient settings. The hospital has the capacity for providing of intravenous anesthesia in the Emergency department. Keywords: intravenous anesthesia, the Emergency department.
