Intraosālās pieejas izmantošana intensīvajā un neatliekamajā aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – intraosālas pieejas izmantošana intensīvajā un neatliekamajā aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka lielais dažādu traumu un nelaimes gadījumu skaits, kad cilvēka dzīvība ir apdraudēta un pieeja asinsrites sistēmai, nereti, ir viens no nozīmīgākajiem posmiem ārstniecībā. Pētījuma mērķis – izpētīt intraosālās pieejas izmantošanu intensīvajā un neatliekamajā aprūpē. Pētījuma jautājums – cik aktuāla ir intraosālās pieejas izmantošana intensīvajā un neatliekamajā aprūpē? Pētījuma gaitā tiks izpētīti literatūras avoti par intraosālo pieeju, kā arī analizēti māsu viedokļi un pieredze saistībā ar šo pieeju. Pētījuma metode un materiāls - pētījums veikts X un Y ārstniecības iestādēs piedaloties 10 respondentiem. Pētījuma respondenti ir māsas, kuras strādā intensīvajā vai neatliekamajā aprūpē un savā profesionālajā darbībā ir saskārušās ar intraosālās pieejas izmantošanu. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments – intervija. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti parādīja, ka intraosālo pieeju vairāk izmanto pediatrijas praksē un māsu saskare ar šo pieeju nenotiek bieži, tikai ārkārtas gadījumos. Darba autore secina, ka intraosālās pieejas izmantošana ir aktuāla un nozīmīga, bet maz tiek pielietota. Bakalaura darbs satur 52 lappuses, 7 pielikumus, tika izmantoti 33 informācijas avoti. The theme of the bachelor work is usage of intraosseous access in emergency and intensive care. The theme is topical due to the large number of people - its, because, happens a lot of accidents in the world where people lives are in dangerous. Often access to the circulatory system is one of the most important stages of treatment who saves a lot of peoples lives. The goal of the paper is to find out the usage of intraosseous access in emergency and intensive care. Question of the paper – are the usage of intraosseous access topic due in emergency and intensive care? During the research will be investigated a literature about intraosseous access and will be analized nurses viewpoint and experience also. The research method – the research was carried out in X and Y hospitals by using the qualitative research method – interview. The number of respondents is 10, all of whom are nurses who works at emergency or intensive care and have contact point with intraosseous access in their work. The research results displayed that the intraosseous access uses a most in childrens care and nurses contact point with this method happens rarely. Author of this paper displayed that intraosseous access is very important to help save the people lives, but used rarely. The bachelors paper consists of the nursing theory part, theoretical and the empirical parts that together sum up to 52 pages. Included in the paper a 7 appendix.
