Aprūpes īpatnības bērniem ar Dauna sindromu stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Aprūpes īpatnības bērniem ar Dauna sindromu stacionārā. Tēmas aktualitāte pievērst uzmanību bērna ar Dauna sindroma aprūpei, kā arī mazināt stereotipus par šiem bērniem. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Dauna sindromu un māsas lomu šo bērnu aprūpē, kā arī aprūpes īpatnības. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir veikt zinātniskās literatūras analīzi, pētījuma atbilstošas māszinību teorijas atlasi, izstrādāt anketu, veikt pilot pētījumu, iegūto datu apkopošanu, analīze un secinājumu veikšana. Izvirzītā hipotēze bērnu māsas pārzina aprūpes īpatnības bērniem ar Dauna sindromu stacionārā. Pētniecības instruments aptaujas anketa, ar kuras palīdzību tika iegūta nepieciešamā informācija. Respondentu izvēle notika, izmantojot nejaušības principu. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze ir daļēji apstiprinājusies, jo pēc iegūtajiem datiem ir redzams, ka māsas pārzina un pielieto aprūpes īpatnības bērniem ar Daunu sindromu, taču vēlētos iegūt papildus zināšanas, ko parāda datu analīze.

Bachelor Thesis- special in-hospital care of children with Down’s syndrome. The actual theme focuses attention on the care of a child with Down’s syndrome as well as lessens the stereotype of these children. The purpose of this study is to research Down’s syndrome and the nurse’s role in the patient’s care, as well as special nursing attention. The task of this research includes analysis of scientific literature, choice of nursing theories, and creation of a questionnaire, conflicting a pilot research, summarizing collected data final analysis and drawing concisions. Proposed hypothesis regarding child-cave nurse’s special responsibilities when caring for children hospitalized with Down’s syndrome. Research tools- a questionnaire, used to gather the necessary information. The choice of respondents is based on chance. The results justify in pant the proposed hypothesis, because accounting to the data of tainted it is evident that the nurses know and put to use the special care practises indicated for children with Down’s syndrome. However, additional instruction would be helpful.
