Geriatrisko pacientu psiholoģiskā sagatavotība vispārējai anestēzijai

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: „Geriatrisko pacientu psiholoģiskā sagatavotība vispārējai anestēzijai”. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot geriatrisko pacientu sagatavotību vispārējai anestēzijai. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir geriatrisko pacientu psiholoģiskā sagatavotība vispārējai anestēzijai? Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, kā arī diviem pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēta Betijas Ņūmenas veselības aprūpes sistēmas modeli, kurš darba autoram likās vispiemērotākais geriatrisku pacientu aprūpē, jo teoriju var lietot visās klīniskajās situācijās, grupām vai ģimenēm ar mērķi saglabāt pacienta sistēmas stabilitāti, mazināt pacienta stresora ietekmi uz pacienta sistēmu, veselības uzlabošanu un izglītošanu. Tika apskatīta literatūra par geriatriskiem pacientiem, gerontopsiholoģiju, vispārējo anestēziju. Veikts pētījums vienā no Rīgas slimnīcām. Pētījuma respondenti – 6 geriatriski pacienti, kuri pētījuma veikšanas laikā atrodas stacionārā. Pētījuma metode – kvalitatīvā, instruments – strukturēta intervija. Atslēgas vārdi: pacients, seniors, vispārējā anestēzija, pacientu apūpe, vajadzības.

Bachelor thesis: "geriatric patient psychological preparedness for general anesthesia." Purpose: To clarify the geriatric patient preparedness for general anesthesia. The research question is: What is the geriatric patients' psychological preparedness for general anesthesia? Bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and research parts, as well as two annexes. Theoretical part analyzes Betty Newman healthcare system model which the author thought the most appropriate care for geriatric patients, because the theory can be used in all clinical situations, groups or families with the aim of preserving the stability of the patient, the patient's stressors reduce the impact on the patient's system, improvement of health and education. Just it looks at the literature on geriatric patients, geriatric psychology, general anesthesia. The research is done in one of the hospitals in Riga. The research respondents - 6 geriatric patients the survey is stationary. The research method - qualitative tool - structured interview.
