Saskarsmes nozīme interno pacientu aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs tika izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot saskarsmes nozīmi interno pacientu aprūpē. Pētnieciskais darbs vairāk tika vērsts uz māsas un pacienta savstarpējo saskarsmi. Māsas saskarsmes prasme ir viens no svarīgākajiem instrumentiem, kas nodrošina veiksmīgu sadarbību ar pacientu. Māsas praksē galvenā uzmanība tiek vērsta uz darbu līdzās pacientam.Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas un praktiskās daļas, kur, balstoties uz teorētiskās daļas pamatojumiem, veikts pētījums X stacionārā, internās aprūpes nodaļās.Bakalaura darba pamatojumam izmantota Džīnas Vatsones māszinību teorija. Teorētiskās daļas nodaļās aprakstīta literatūra par interno pacientu aprūpi, saskarsmi, to jēdzienu, struktūru, barjerām, neverbālo un verbālo saskarsmi, par pirmā iespaida rašanos.Pētījuma veikšanai tika izstrādātas aptaujas anketas – māsām ar 16 jautājumiem un pacientiem ar 17 jautājumiem. Kopumā tika aptaujāti 100 respondenti. No tiem 50 pacienti un 50 māsas.Iegūtie rezultāti pierāda, ka viena no būtiskākajam saskarsmes nozīmēm interno pacientu aprūpē ir informācijas apmaiņa. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies – viena no būtiskākajām saskarsmes nozīmēm interno pacientu aprūpē ir informācijas apmaiņa.

The topicality of the theme is find out meaning of communication in internal care of patient. Research work was directed between nurse and patient communication. Skill of nurse communication is one of the most important tools that provides successful cooperation with patient. Main attention in practice of nurse are direct to work by patient.The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part, what provides the support of the research, what is made in X internal departments. The support of the thesis is Jean Watson’s theory of caring in Nursing.In the theoretical part of the thesis the author views literature about care of internal patient, communication, concept, structure, barrier, verbal and non – verbal communication and emergence of first impression.For the research of the diploma paper was developed a questionnaire for nurses with 16 questions and for patients with 17 questions. For the research there were surveyed 100 respondents. Of which was 50 nurses and 50 patients.After the carrying out the questionnaire results, the research proved that the one of the most important meaning of communication in internal care of patient is exchange information.
