Antibakteriālo līdzekļu sagatavošana parenterālai ievadīšanai bērnu aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Antibakteriālo līdzekļu sagatavošana parenterālai ievadīšanai bērnu aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāte - ar katru gadu pieaug antibiotiku daudzveidība, un to sagatavošana parenterālai ievadīšanai kļūst specifiskāka. Darba mērķis - noskaidrot bērnu stacionāru māsu zināšanas antibiotiku sagatavošanā parenterālai ievadīšanai. Pētniecības uzdevumi: veikt literatūras analīzi par antibiotikām un to ievades īpatnībām, izveidot pētījuma instrumentu – aptaujas anketu, veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt rekomendācijas. Darba hipotēze - Bērnu stacionāru māsām ir nepietiekamas zināšanas par precīzu un drošu antibiotiku sagatavošanu parenterālai ievadīšanai. Darbā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments ir aptaujas anketa, kura sastāv no 20 jautājumiem. Respondenti tika atlasīti pēc nejaušības principa. Bakalaura darba mērķis tika sasniegts, un hipotēze pierādīta, māsām bērnu aprūpē trūkst zināšanas drošā un precīzā antibakteriālo līdzekļu sagatavošanā parenterālai ievadīšanai.

Bachelor thesis – antimicrobials preparation for parenteral administration in child care. Themes actuality – with each year increases variety of antibiotics and preparation of their parenteral infusion becomes more and more specific. The goal of thesis is to determine knowledge of children’s hospital nurses in preparation of parenteral infusion of antibiotics. Task of research: analyze literature abut antibiotics and specifics of their infusion; develop research instrument – questionnaire; summarize the results and analyze them; make conclusions and develop recommendations. Hypotheses of thesis – children hospital nurses are lacking knowledge about precise and safe preparation of antibiotics for parenteral infusion. In theses was used quantitative research method, instrument of research is questionnaire consisting of 20 questions. Respondents were selected randomly. The goal of theses was reached and hypotheses were proven right – nurses are lacking knowledge about safe and precise preparation of antibacterials for parenteral infusion in children care.
