Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Pēcoperāciju aprūpe un profilakse mugurkaula jostas daļas starpskriemeļu diska trūces sāpju gadījumā L4–S1 segmenta līmenī. Pētījuma problēma ir aktuāla, jo neskatoties uz jauniem medikamentiem, ārstu zināšanām, mūsdienu tehnoloģiju problēma joprojām pastāv un pasliktina pacienta dzīves kvalitāti. Autore veica pētījumu, jo vēlējās uzzināt par starpskriemeļu diska trūces pēcoperāciju aprūpi un profilaksi. Darba mērķis noskaidrot pēcoperāciju aprūpi un profilaksi pacientiem ar mugurkaula jostas daļas starpskriemeļu diska trūci L4–S1 segmenta līmenī. Formulēti 6 pētījuma uzdevumi. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda pēcoperāciju aprūpe un profilakse nepieciešama pacientiem ar mugurkaula jostas daļas starpskriemeļu diska trūci L4–S1 segmenta līmenī? Pētniecības metode – kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, instruments – strukturēta intervija. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka pēcoperāciju aprūpe ir sniegta kvalitatīvi, lai veicinātu pacienta neatkarību, uzlabotu dzīves un darba kvalitāti. Darbs sastāv no 44 lpp., 6 att., 4 tabulām. Izmantoti 38 literatūras avoti (29 latviešu, 6 angļu, 3 krievu valodā).

Bachelor theme – Postoperative care and preventive lumbar intervertebral disc hernation pain L4–S1 segment level. The research problem is urgent, because despite the new drugs, doctors' knowledge of modern technologies the problem persists and impairs the patient's quality of life. The author conducted a study, they wanted to know about the intervertebral disk hernia postoperative care and prevention. The aim is to identify postoperative care and prevention in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia L4-S1 segment level. Formulated 6 research tasks. The research question: What postoperative care and prevention required for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia L4-S1 segment level? Research method - qualitative research method, study tool - structured interview. The results obtained show that the postoperative care is provided in high quality in order to promote patient independence, improvement of living and quality of work. The work consist 44 pp., 6 fig., 4 tabeles. 38 literature sources were used (29 in Latvian, 6 in English, 3 in Russian).
