Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Pacientu ar mugurkaula diska trūci aprūpes problēmas pēcoperācijas periodā ITN. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pacientu pieaugums un problēmas, kas saistītas ar diagnozi - mugurkaula diska trūce. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar mugurkaula diska trūci pēcoperācijas periodā ITN. Management problems in patients with spinal disc hernia in ICU. The actuality of the topic is defined by increased number of patients suffering from spinal disc hernia. The aim of the research was to asses management problems in patients with spinal disk hernia during postoperative period in ICU. The objectives of the research was: to summerize available literature about spinal disc hernia patient management during postoperative period, to analyze Mairas Leivanes nursing theory, to create an interview for the nursing staff and analyze the collected data, make conclusions for spinal disc hernia patient management during postoperative period in ICU. The question of the research was: What kind of management problems appear in the management of patients with spinal disc hernia during postoperative period in ICU?
