Bakalaura darba tēma – Aseptikas principi manipulāciju izpildes laikā Diagnostiskās kardioloģijas nodaļā.

Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, ka Sirds asinsvadu slimības (SAS) Latvijā ir viens no izplatītākajiem nāves iemesliem. Diagnostiskās kardioloģijas nodaļa ir viena no tām vietām, kurā ik dienas nonāk pacienti ar visdažādākajām saslimstībām, tādēļ tieši šai vietai vajadzētu pievērst lielāku uzmanību aseptikas ievērošanā.

Pētniecības uzdevumi ir Veikt literatūras analīzi par doto tēmu, analizēt vides un aprūpes jēdzienu saistībā ar Virdžīnija Hendersones 14 pamatvajadzību māszinības teoriju, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – novērojuma protokolu un veikt pētījumu, kā arī pētījuma rezultātu apstrāde, analīze un secinājumu formulēšana.

Topicality states that Cardiovascular Disease (CD) is one of the most common causes of death in Latvia. Diagnostic cardiology department is the place where patients come every day with a variety of maladies, therefore this exact place should be treated with greater aseptic care.

The aim is to find out how Diagnostic Cardiology Department provides the patient with a safe, aseptic environment during performance of certain manipulations.

The research goals are to perform literature analysis on the given topic, analyze the concept of environment and care in relation to the Virginia Henderson’s 14 basic nursing theories, to develop a research tool, observation plan, carry out a study, as well as process research results, formulate and analyze conclusions.

The issue of the research: what is the application of the aseptic principles during performance of manipulations in the Diagnostic Cardiology Department?

Research tools: observation plan.

Research Method – Qualitative.

During the study the goal was achieved, and an answer was found to the given issue: in the Diagnostic Cardiology Department the set of aseptic principles are used during performance of manipulations, thus providing patients with a safe environment.
