H1 antihistamīna bezrecepšu medikamentu aprite Rīgas aptiekā, laika posmā no 2014. gada 1.janvāra līdz 2014. gada 31. decembrim

Abstract

Pēdējo 20 gadu laikā alerģijas izplatība palielinājusies divas reizes un ar to saskaras gandrīz vai katrā ģimenē. Alerģija nav slimība, tā ir dažādu saslimšanu grupa, kuru pamatā ir kopējs patoloģisks process un kur galvenā loma ir cilvēka imūnajai sistēmai. Ja nav iespējams no alerģiju izraisītājiem (alergēniem) izvairīties, tad visbiežāk alerģisko izpausmju mazināšanai lieto perorālos vai vietējas darbības H1 antihistamīna līdzekļus. Bakalaura darba mērķis – noskaidrot H1 antihistamīna bezrecepšu medikamentu apriti Rīgas aptiekā laika posmā no 2014. gada 1. janvāra līdz 2014. gada 31. decembrim, ar anketēšanas palīdzību izvērtēt alerģijas izpausmju smaguma pakāpi, tās sezonalitāti un respondentu domas par antihistamīnu preparātu efektivitāti. Darba gaitā tika konstatēts, ka pārdotākie medikamenti ir Vibrocil, Claritine un Zyrtec. Nav novērojama izteikta sezonalitāte H1-antihistamīna bezrecepšu medikamentu pārdošanā. Anketēšanā konstatēts, ka 40 % respondentu vidū ir novērojamas alerģiskas izpausmes, kuras lielākoties izjūt sezonāli. To mazināšanai respondenti visbiežāk izvēlas Tavegyl, Suprastin vai Zyrtec, balstoties uz iepriekšējās lietošanas pieredzi. ATSLĒGVĀRDI: alergēni, H1- antihistamīni, alerģija, aprites analīze

Over the past 20 years the prevalence of allergies has increased twice – nowadays allergies are present in almost every family. Allergy is not a single disease, it is a group combined of different diseases that are based on a common pathological process where the main role belongs to the human immune system. In cases, where it is impossible to avoid contact with allergy triggers (allergens), the most common solution for reduction of allergic manifestations is the use of oral or topical H1 antihistamines. The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis was to find out the circulation of H1 antihistamine non-prescription medications in Riga pharmacy store during the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014 and with the help of questionnaires to assess the severity of allergic manifestations, its seasonality and respondents' thoughts on the effectiveness of antihistamines. During the work it became apparent that the best-selling drugs of H1 antihistamine group are Vibrocil, Claritine and Zyrtec. There was no seasonality observed within the sales of non-prescription H1 antihistamine drugs. Questionnaire survey showed that 40 % of respondents have faced allergic manifestations, which were mostly experienced seasonally. To reduce these manifestations, respondents most often chose Tavegyl, Suprastin or Zyrtec, basing their choice on the previous experience.
