Augstskolas iekšējās izglītības vides iespējas studentu mācīšanās motivācijas sekmēšanā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Augstskolas iekšējās izglītības vides iespējas studentu mācīšanās motivācijas sekmēšanā”. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt augstskolas iekšējās izglītības vides iespējas studentu mācīšanās motivācijas sekmēšanā. Zinātniskajā darbā ir teorētiski un praktiski izpētīta augstskolas iekšējās izglītības vides un studentu mācīšanās motivācijas saistība. Maģistra darba teorētiskajā daļā ir izpētīts un raksturots iekšējās izglītības vides jēdziens, izglītības vides apakšsistēmas, labvelīga iekšējā izglītības vide un cilvēkresursi kā iekšējās izglītības vides dalībnieki, kā arī mācīšanās motivācijas jēdziens un mācīšanās motivāciju ietekmējošie faktori. Trešajā nodaļā autore aplūko arī augstskolas iekšējās izglītības vides veidošanas izaicinājumus mūsdienās. Empīriskais pētījums notika divos etapos – tika veikta studentu aptauja, uz kuras rezultātu bāzes autore izstrādāja priekšlikumus iekšējās izglītības vides veidošanai augstskolā. Tad par autores izstrādāto priekšlikumu atbilstību un aktualitāti tika noskaidrots ekspertu vērtējums. Praktiskajā pētījuma nodaļā tiek aprakstīti iegūtie dati par saistību starp augstskolas iekšējās izglītības vidi un studentu mācīšanās motivāciju, balstoties uz studentu aptaujas un ekspertu vērtējuma rezultātiem. Diskusijas nodaļā autore izdara secinājumus par veikto pētījumu un nosauc turpmākos izpētes virzienus. The name of Master paper is „The possibilities of Higher school’s educational environment in promoting student’s learning motivation”. The goal of Master paper is to study the possibilities of Higher school’s educational environment in promoting students' learning motivation. There are theoretically and practically analyzed relationships between Higher school’s internal educational environment and students’ learning motivation in the Scientific work. In the theoretical part of Final work there is analyzed and described the concept of internal education environment, education environment’s subsystems, a favorable internal educational environment and human resources as members of internal educational environment, as well as the concept of learning motivation and learning motivation influencing factors. The third chapter discusses about challenges for creating the internal educational environment nowaday. The empirical research took place in two stages – there was organized a students’s survey, than on the basis of survey’s results there have been worked out proposals for creating positive educational environment in Higher school. Than experts’assessment has been got about the relevance and topicality of author’s developed proposals. Practical research chapter describes the data got about the relationship between the Higher school internal educational environment and student learning motivation, based on results of students’ opinion survey and experts’ assessment. In Discussion chapter the author makes conclusions about the study made and indicates future research directions.
