Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: Starpdisciplināro studiju programmu kvalitātes novērtēšana. Darba autore: Alīna Ļebedeva. Zinātniskais darba vadītājs: Dr. paed., profesore Ilze Ivanova. Maģistra darba apjoms: 57 lpp., ietverti 3 attēli, izmantotas 46 literatūras vienības, pievienoti 2 pielikumi. Pētījuma mērķis: izstrādāt kritērijus starpdisciplināro studiju programmu kvalitātes novērtēšanai. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām – divām teorētiskām un empīriskās nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā izstrādātas dažas izglītības kvalitātes definīcijas un analizēti jautājumi, saistīti ar augstākās izglītības kvalitātes novērtēšanu Latvijā. Otrajā nodaļā izpētīti jautājumi saistībā ar starpdisciplinārajām studiju programmām. Empīriskajā daļā pamatota pētījuma metodoloģija, analizēta starpdisciplinārās studiju jomas „kognitīvā zinātne” būtība, veikta starpdisciplinārās maģistra līmeņa studiju programmas „Kognitīvā zinātne” analīze, studiju programmas studentu un absolventu intervijas satura analīze un izstrādāti kritēriji starpdisciplināro studiju programmu kvalitātes novērtēšanai. Pētījums var būt interesants izglītības politikas veidotājiem, augstākās izglītības kvalitātes novērtēšanas ekspertiem, kā arī starpdisciplināro studiju programmu veidotājiem un akadēmiskajam personālam.

The topic of the Master’s thesis: Assessment of the Quality of Interdisciplinary Studies Programs. The author: Alina Lebedeva. Scientific advisor: Dr. of Pedagogy, Professor Ilze Ivanova. The outline of the Master’s thesis: 57 pages, 3 pictures, 46 bibliography sources, 2 supplements. The aim of the Master’s thesis: to develop the criteria for assessing the quality of interdisciplinary studies programs. The Paper consists of three parts - 2 theoretical and 1 empirical part. In the first theoretical part the author develops the definitions of education quality and analyzes the issues connected with the assessment of the higher education quality in Latvia. In the second theoretical part the issues related to interdisciplinary studies programs are examined. The empirical part is based on the research of methodology, analysis of the essence of interdisciplinary field of study "cognitive science". The analysis of interdisciplinary Master level study program "Cognitive Science”, as well as the analysis of the content of the interview for the study program students and the graduates is performed. The criteria for the quality assessment of interdisciplinary studies program are developed.
