A/s „SAF Tehnika” finanšu pārskatu analīze un tās rezultātu novērtējums

Abstract

Uzņēmumu maksātnespēja ir aktuāla problēmām, ko ietekmējusi nepietiekoša finanšu pārskatu analīze un nav pievērsta pietiekoša uzmanība maksātnespējas pazīmēm. Lai noteiktu uzņēmuma problēmas, ir nepieciešams veikt finanšu pārskatu analīzi un aprēķināt finanšu rādītājus. Darba mērķis ir veikt finanšu analīzi, lai identificētu nozīmīgākās problēmas, kas negatīvi ietekmē finanšu rādītājus, un izstrādātu priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Galvenie darba uzdevumi ir veikt finanšu analīzi uzņēmumam “SAF Tehnika”, novērtēt iegūtos analīzes rezultātus un veikt secinājumus par uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un maksātnespējas iespējamību. Rezultātā var secināt, ka uzņēmums “SAF Tehnika” ir ekonomiski stabils, jo tam ir augsta likviditāte, kā arī rentabilitātes rādītāji ir pozitīvi, izņemot 2013. gadu, kad uzņēmumam bija zaudējumi.

Company insolvency is a topical problem that has been affected by insufficient financial statement analysis and because of the fact that not enough attention has been paid to the signs of insolvency. In order to determine the company's problems, it is necessary to carry out the analysis of the financial statements and calculate financial ratios. The aim of the work is to perform the financial analysis in order to identify the most important problems, which negatively affect the financial indicators, and to develop proposals for the company's financial situation. The main tasks of the work are to carry out a financial analysis of the company "SAF Tehnika", to evaluate the obtained results of the analysis and to draw conclusions about the company's financial situation and the possibility of insolvency. As a result, it can be concluded that the company "SAF Tehnika" is economically stable, because it has high liquidity as well as profitability indicators are positive, with the exception of 2013, when the company had a loss.
