Uzņēmuma darba organizācijas pilnveidošana finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai

Abstract

Diplomdarba „Uzņēmuma darba organizācijas pilnveidošana finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai” autors ir studente Ilze Šlapina. Diplomdarbā tika izvērtēta uzņēmuma organizatoriskās struktūras, darbaspēka optimālas izmantošanas un darbaspēka apmaksas ietekme uz uzņēmuma izmaksām un piedāvāti risinājumi, ar kuru palīdzību iespējams uzlabot uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trim daļām: uzņēmuma darba organizācijas teorētisks pamatojums, uzņēmuma finansiālais stāvoklis un mērķa sasniegšanas metodes, „Train to nowhere” raksturojums un darba organizācijas pilnveidošana. Diplomdarbs satur 74 lappuses teksta ar 16 attēliem, 13 tabulām un 17 formulām. Darbā izmantoti 38 informācijas avoti. The author of the diploma thesis “Company work organization revision for the improvement of its financial situation” is the student Ilze Šlapina. In the diploma thesis the influence of the organisational structure, optimum utilisation of the labour force and labour force remuneration on the costs of an enterprise was assessed and solutions were offered, which would help to improve the financial condition of an enterprise. The diploma thesis consists of three chapters: theoretical substantiation of the work organisation of an enterprise, financial condition of an enterprise and methods for achievement of the goal, characteristics of “Train to nowhere” and enhancement of work organisation. The diploma thesis is comprised of 74 text pages with 16 images, 13 tables and 17 formulas. 38 information sources were used in the thesis.
