Uzņēmuma AS "Olainfarm" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Uzņēmuma AS “Olainfarm” finanšu analīze”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt AS “Olainfarm” finanšu analīzi un sniegt priekšlikumus tās darbības pilnveidošanai un attīstības tempu uzlabošanai. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek raksturota finanšu analīzes būtība, otrajā nodaļā tiek definētas un skaidrotas finanšu analīzes metodes, bet trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma finanšu rādītāju analīze un novērtēšana pēc 2010.-2014. gada konsolidētajiem gada pārskatu datiem un secinājumu, priekšlikumu izteikšana saimnieciskās darbības efektivitātes uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba izstrādē izmantotas sekojošas metodes: aprakstošā, analīzes, salīdzinošā un statistisko datu apstrādes metode. Darbs izstrādāts pamatojoties uz specializēto ekonomisko literatūru, LR normatīvajiem aktiem, internetā pieejamiem resursiem un publicētajiem AS “Olainfarm” konsolidētajiem gada pārskatiem par laika periodu no 2010. gada līdz 2014. gadam. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 67 lappusēm, 17 tabulām, 20 attēliem, 18 literatūras avotiem un 10 pielikumiem.

The subject of the graduation paper is “Financial analysis of the company JSC “Olainfarm””. The aim of the graduation paper is to perform financial analysis of JSC “Olainfarm” and make propositions for business activity development and growth improvement. To achieve the aim of the graduation paper, on the first part the author performed a theoretical characterization of financial analysis. On the second part of the graduation paper methods of financial analysis have been defined and clarified. On the third part the author analised and evaluated company’s financial results after of consolidated annual reports from year 2010 to 2014. Following parts of the graduation paper include conclusions and proposals for economic activity efficiency improvements. Several methods have been used in the graduation paper: descriptive, analytical, comparative, and statistical data processing method. The graduation paper was created using information from specialized economic literature, laws and regulations of Latvia, internet resources and consolidated annual reports for the years 2010 – 2014 of company JSC “Olainfarm”. The graduation paper consists of 67 pages, 17 tables, 20 figures, 18 references, and 10 annexes.
