Darba samaksa,tās aprēķināšana un uzskaite SIA „TRANS”

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis izpētīt ar darba samaksu saistītos teorētiskos aspektus, analizēt uzņēmuma izvēlēto samaksas sistēmu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarbā autore pēta darba samaksas teorētiskos jautājumus, kā arī analizē konkrēta uzņēmuma SIA “TRANS” darba samaksas sistēmu. Kā rezultātā autore ir konstatējusi SIA “TRANS” eksistējošas nepilnības un izstrādājusi priekšlikumus to novēršanai.

The purpose of the Diploma Paper is to study theoretical aspects with regard to labour payment, to analyse the payment system selected by the company and to develop recommendations for improvement thereof. The author studies the theoretical issues of labour payment, as well as analyses the system of labour payment of the particular company LTD TRANS in the Diploma Paper. As a result the author has established shortages existing for LTD TRANS and developed recommendations for elimination thereof.
