SIA "GMG Catering” gada pārskata sastādīšana un novērtēšana

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz gada pārskata sastādīšanas normatīvās bāzes izpēti, novērtēt SIA „GMG Catering” gada pārskata sastādīšanu un izvirzīt priekšlikumus SIA „GMG Catering” gada pārskata sastādīšanas procesa uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbā tiek izmantoti uzņēmuma gada pārskati par 2012., 2013. un 2014. gadu, Latvijas Republikas likumi, Ministru kabineta noteikumi, speciāla literatūra. Diplomdarbā ir izpētīti Gada pārskata teorētiskie aspekti un normatīvā bāze, izanalizēti SIA „GMG Catering” gada pārskati, izpētīta to sastādīšanas kārtība. Kā rezultātā autore konstatēja, ka šī uzņēmuma gada pārskatos nepilnīgi atklāta informācija par svarīgiem aspektiem un izstrādāja priekšlikumus to novēršanai.

The aim of the diploma paper is to evaluate preparation of GMG Catering Ltd annual report considering normative documents and suggest process improvements. Annual reports of 2012, 2013 and 2014, as well as Legal Framework of the Republic of Latvia, Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers and special literature were reviewed in the process of preparation of the present paper. In the diploma paper there were analyzed theoretical aspects of annual reports as well as legal framework, annual reports of GMG Catering Ltd, and norms of their preparation. In the end the author concluded that information on important aspects in the annual reports has not been displayed properly and put forward suggestions for situation improvement.
