Vadīšana ir nepieciešama jebkurā uzņēmumā, tāpēc darbinieku motivācijas ietekme no vadītāja puses uz darba izpildi ir aktuāls jautājums. Bakalaura darbā pētīts Nordea bankas Kontaktu centrs. Tēma aktuāla saistībā ar valstī esošo ekonomisko situāciju, kuru uzņēmums izjūt caur kadru mainību darba vietā. Bieži vien darbinieki balstās uz monetāro motivāciju, tādēļ vadītājam nepieciešams caur attieksmi un prasmēm motivēt darbiniekus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir teorētiski izpētīt un praktiski analizēt vadītāja ietekmi uz darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā, izdarīt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus motivācijas uzlabošanai. Darba uzdevumi: •teorētiski izpētīt darbinieku motivāciju; •pētīt aktuālo uzņēmuma vidi; •pētīt darbinieku pārmaiņu pieņemšanas procesu; •analizēt darbinieku “apmierinātība ar darbu” anketu; •apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus. Bakalaura darbā izmantotās pētījumu metodes: •aprakstošā metode; •apmierinātība ar darbu aptauja. Management is necessary in every enterpise and because of that it is really important for employees to be motivated by their managers to do their job well. The object of the research is Nordea Bank’s Contact Center. The topic is actual in relation to the country's economic situation felt in the enterprise through the employee rotation. Very often employees are motivated by monetary rewards only and due to that managers should use their skills and abilities to motivate them. The purpose of the paper is to research and analyze manager`s impact on employee motivation in the company, conclude and propose suggestions to improve their motivation. Operational objectives of the paper: • theoretically research employee motivation; • study the current company environment; • carry and analyze the survey of employee satisfaction in their workplace; • to make conclusions and propose the suggestions. Methods used: • the descriptive method; • survey.
