Abstract

Darba par tēmu «Uzņēmejdarbības procesu reorganizācija transporta kompānijā SIA “InAuto” pasliktinātu tirgus apstākļu dēļ» pamatā ir dotā uzņēmuma problēmu un to risināšanas piedāvājumu meklējumi. Par darba mērķi kļuva uzņēmuma pamatproblāmas meklējumi, ko var pozitīvi ietekmēt tā vadītājs - reorganizējot pakalpojumu. Lai atklātu problēmas, darbā tika veiktas vairākas plašas analīzes, tādas kā uzņēmuma vertikālā un horizontālā analīze, rezultāti ir atspoguļoti rezultātu tabulās un grafikos. Uz analīzes pamata ir izdarīti secinājumi. Balstoties uz personīgo pieredzi, autore, papildinot to ar teorētiskajām zināšanām, kas iegūtas uzņēmuma izpētes gaitā, piedāvā savu atklāto uznēmuma problēmu risināšanas plānu. Tādējādi darbs satur sevī dažādus analīzes veidus, kas ļauj palūkoties uz uzņēmumu no visām pusēm - rezultātu un secinājumu kopums sniedza autoram iespēju sastādīt savu uzņēmuma galveno pakalpojumu reorganizācijas plānu. Darbs ir uzrakstīts uz 64 lapām, satur sevī 28 attēlus, 22 tabulas un ir uzrakstīts, izmantojot 33 literatūras avotus .

The diploma “Reorganization of business processes of transport company SIA “InAuto” because of deterioration of the market conditions” contains the search of a problem and a proposal for its resolution. The aim of the work is to find the main problem of researched company, which can be positively solved by the head of the company using, for example the reorganizing of the client service. In order to detect problems author carried out several major analyzes such as vertical and horizontal financial analysis, the results are summarized in the resulting table and presented graphically. Based on the author's own experience, complementing its theoretical knowledge gained in the research of the company, the author worked out an own plan how to solve the main problem of transport company SIA “InAuto”. Thus, the work includes a variety of analyzes that allow see in the company from all sides - the totality of conclusions gives to author an opportunity to make a plan of reorganization of one of the major service structure. The diploma contains 64 sheets, 28 pics and 22 tables and written using 33 literature suspects.
