AS "RĪGAS SILTUMS" iekšējās, ārējās vides analīze un attīstības pespektīvas

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba temats ir “AS “RĪGAS SILTUMS” iekšējās, ārējās vides analīze un attīstības perspektīvas”. Autors - Normunds Kirilko. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt AS “RĪGAS SILTUMS”, kas ir dabīgais monopols Rīgas pilsētas siltumapgādē, iekšējās un ārējās vides analīzi, lai varētu noteikt turpmākās darbības stratēģijas uzņēmuma attīstībai. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti 3 uzdevumi - iepazīties ar darba tēmu aprakstošo teoriju (dažādu autoru pieeju), veikt uzņēmuma būtiskāko ārējās un iekšējās vides faktoru analīzi, sastādīt SVID matricu. Darbā tika izmantota monogrāfiskā jeb aprakstošā metode, kā arī izmantoti sekojoši datu analīzes paņēmieni: salīdzināšana, vidējo un relatīvo rādītāju noteikšana, grupēšana un tendenču noteikšana, izmantojot grafisko paņēmienu.

The title of bachelor thesis is “The internal and external environment analysis of JSC “RĪGAS SILTUMS” and development prospects”. This thesis is written by Normunds Kirilko. The aim of this thesis is to make an analysis of the internal and external environment of JSC “RĪGAS SILTUMS” which is natural monopoly in the area of Riga central district heating in order to determine the future business development strategies. In order to achieve the objectives of the thesis, there are three tasks to solve – to study the theory linked to topic of the thesis (given by several authors), to make an analysis of internal and external environment`s key factors and to draw up the SWOT matrix. In bachelor thesis have been used monographic or descriptive method and following ways of data analysis – comparing, estimating average and relative indicators, grouping and determinating trends using the graphic technique.
