Pārmaiņu vadība un tā ietekme uz darbinieka darba produktivitāti tūrisma uzņēmumā "X"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Pārmaiņu vadība un tā ietekme uz darbinieka darba produktivitāti tūrisma uzņēmumā X”, balstoties uz mūsdienīgu pieeju, ir izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt pārmaiņu vadību organizācijā un sniegt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Cilvēki ir uzņēmuma vērtīgākie resursi, tāpēc, lai uzņēmums efektīvi funkcionētu pēc pārmaiņu laika organizācijā, darbinieki ir jākoordinē līdzi ar pārmaiņām. Darbā apskatīts pārmaiņu vadības jēdziens, aprakstīti kompānijas vadības procesu specifika un tehnika. Autore pēta būtību un veidus, kā arī skaidro procesus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, divām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors apraksta organizāciju pārmaiņas būtību un nepieciešamību mūsdienās. Tiek aprakstīti iespējamie pārmaiņas ieviešanas procesa veidi. Otrā daļa ietver sevī vispārējo tūrisma uzņēmuma X darbības virzienu raksturojumu, uzņēmuma darbinieku produktivitāti, pārmaiņu procesu aprakstu un veiktā uzņēmuma personāla anketēšanas un intervijas rezultātu apkopošanu. Balstoties uz iegūto informāciju, tika izstrādāti secinājumi par pārmaiņu vadību kopumā un darbinieku produktivitāti, pārmaiņu vadības ieviešanas procesiem uzņēmumā X tūrisma uzņēmumā, kā arī priekšlikumi par tās uzlabošanu. Lai iepazītos ar tūrisma uzņēmuma X darbības virzieniem un pārmaiņu vadības sistēmu, autors veica uzņēmuma nepublicēto materiālu analīzi.. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 65 lappusēm, 14 attēliem, 13 tabulām un 4 pielikumiem.

Bachelor thesis "Change management and its impact on productivity of employees in tourism company X" is based on a modern approach and designed to examine the change management in organization and give proposals for its improvement. People are the company's most valuable resources, for the company’s effective functioning after changes organization employees need to be coordinated along with these changes. Change management concept viewed in the work, describe company's management processes nature and technique. The author explores the nature and types, as well as explains the processes. Bachelor thesis contains of introduction, two chapters, conclusions and proposals. In the first chapter the author describes nature of the organizational change need and essence of it nowadays. The chapter describes possible change implementation process types. The second part includes general tourism company X description and operation al direction of characteristics, company's employee productivity, change processes and company's staff survey and interview result gathering. Based on gathered information the conclusions about the overall change management and employee productivity, change management processes’ implementation for tourism company X, as well as proposals for its improvement were developed. To get acquainted with tourism company X business directions and change management system, the author conducted company's unpublished material analysis. Bachelor the sis consists of the 65 pages, 14 figures, 13 tables and 4 annexes.
