Psiholoģiskās konsultēšanas pakalpojumu sniedzēju un potenciālo klientu attieksme pret attālināto konsultēšanu

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot psiholoģiskās konsultēšanas pakalpojumu sniedzēju un potenciālo klientu attieksmi pret attālināto konsultēšanu. Pētījuma gaitā tika izveidotas divas oriģinālas, savā starpā salīdzināmas aptaujas, balstoties uz attieksmes trīskomponentu modeli (Breckler, 1984) un plānotās uzvedības teoriju (Ajzen, 1991). Pētījumā piedalījās 175 respondenti vecumā no 16 līdz 62 gadiem (83 psiholoģiskās konsultēšanas pakalpojumu sniedzēji un 92 potenciālie klienti). Lai arī 73,5% no aptaujātajiem psiholoģiskās konsultēšanas pakalpojumu sniedzēju jau ir pieredze, sniedzot konsultācijas attālināti, pozitīvāka attieksme pret attālināto konsultēšanu ir potenciālajiem klientiem un atšķirības ir tendenču līmenī.

The purpose of this study is to determine psychological consulting service providers and potential clients’ attitude towards remote consulting. During the research, two comparable surveys were created based on the tripartite model of attitude structure (Breckler, 1984) and the theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 1991). The study included 175 respondents aged 16 to 62 years. The respondents included 83 psychological consulting service providers and 92 potential clients. Although 73.5% of the psychological consulting service provider respondents already have experience in providing remote consulting, positive attitude towards this method from potential clients is greater than that of providers.
