Bakalaura tēma ir “Franšīzes izmantošanas iespējas un efektivitātes novērtēšana Baltijā”. Perspektīva biznesa attīstībā ir viens galvenajiem dzinējspēkiem, kurš motivē uzņēmējus, uzsākot savu darbību. Viens no mūsdienās plaši izmantojamajiem biznesa modeļiem ir franšīzes sistēma. Pasaulē bizness uz franšīzes pamata skaitās kā drošs, jo uzņēmējam ir spēja veiksmīgi attīstīt savu komercdarbību bez iepriekšējām zināšanām un pieredzi, jo franšīze paredz ne tikai gatavo biznesa rokasgrāmatu, bet arī pastāvīgas apmācības un konsultācijas no franšīzes devēja puses. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmās nodaļas saturs tiek balstīts uz franšīzes teorētiskā raksturojama analīzi. Autore izpēta un analizē dažādas franšīzes definīcijas, veidus, kā arī definē šīs sistēmas priekšrocības un trūkumus. Otra nodaļa tiek veltīta franšīzes analīzei Baltijā gan no juridiskiem aspektiem, gan arī no ekonomikas viedokļa. Autore pētīja un salīdzināja franšīzes tiesisko regulējumu Baltijā, kā arī izskatīja un novērtēja spilgtākus franšīzes uzņēmumu Baltijā. Trešā nodaļa ir veltīta praktiskajai daļai, kur bija izmantotas divas metodes: intervija ar ekspertiem un respondentu aptauja. Autore tikās ar franšīzes uzņēmumu pārstāvjiem, uzdodot viņiem jautājumus, lai labāk izprastu un novērtētu situāciju franšīzes tirgū ne tikai no teorētiskā, bet arī praktiskā viedokļa. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt franšīzes izmantošanas iespējas Baltijā, to efektivitāti, kā arī sniegt par šo tēmu secinājumus un priekšlikumus. The topic for bachelor thesis is “Franchise opportunities in Baltics, its effectiveness evaluation”. Perspective for business development is one of the strongest driving forces that motivates entrepreneurs to run their business. One of the most popular business models nowadays is franchise system. Business based on franchise is considered safe due to the fact that entrepreneur is able to develop his business without prior knowledge or experience. Franchisor is not only providing extensive business manuals and procedures, he is also entitled to provide constant training and consultation for his franchisee. Bachelor thesis consists of three parts. First part is mostly based on franchise theoretical aspects and its analysis. Author made research and analysis of different franchise definition, types and alsodefining its pros and cons. Second part tells about franchise analysis in Baltic States both from legal aspect and from economic viewpoint. Author made research and comparison for franchise legislation aspects in Baltics and also told about the most successful franchise companies. Third part is about practical side of this bachelor thesis. Two research methods were used: interview with experts and questionnaire. Author has met Company’s representatives and asked them several questions in order to understand more deeply this topic – situation in franchising not only in theory but in practice as well. The goal of bachelor thesis is to evaluate franchising opportunities in Baltics, its efficiency and to give proper feedback and suggestions for this matter.
