SIA "Ligumss" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir SIA “Ligumss” finanšu analīze. Darba struktūru veido trīs nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām, autores izteiktie secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Darba mērķis ir, izmantojot zinātnisko literatūru, SIA “Ligumss” grāmatvedības bilances, peļņas zaudējumu aprēķinus un veikto finanšu analīzi, izstrādāt priekšlikumus finanšu stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Darba uzdevums ir, veicot teorētisko materiālu izpēti, analizēt SIA “Ligumss” finanšu analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus, uz kuru pamata sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finanšu situācijas pilnveidošanai un uzlabošanai. Pēc finanšu analīzes veikšanas, autore secina, ka uzņēmumam ir bijušas nopietnas finanšu problēmas, kas tikušas pārvarētas un šobrīd uzņēmums strādā ar peļņu, tas ir nostiprinājis stabilu vietu tirgū un šī brīža finanšu stāvoklis tiek vērtēts kā labs. Darbs sastāv no 70 lapām, 30 tabulām un 6 attēliem, 37 formulām un 23 literatūras avotiem un 4 pielikumiem. Tas ir sastādīts latviešu valodā. The theme of the bachelor’s paper is ‘Financial Analysis of the Company ‘Ligumss Ltd.’. The paper contains three chapters with sub-chapters, the author’s conclusions and proposals. The aim of the paper is to make suggestions which are based on the analysis of literature sources, the accounting balance, profit and loss account and the detailed study of the financial analysis of the company ‘Ligumss Ltd.’ in order to improve the financial situation. Having studied the theoretical literature, the research task of the paper is to examine the financial analysis of the company ‘Ligumss’, Ltd., make conclusions and, supporting the conclusions, make suggestions to improve and enhance the company's financial situation. Having completed the financial analysis, the author concludes that the company has experienced serious financial problems, but these problems have been resolved, and the company is now a profitable business enjoying a strong competitive market position and has a stable financial position today. Bachelor’s paper is written in Latvian and consists of 70 pages, 30 tables, 6 pictures, 37 formulas, 23 information sources and 4 appendices.
