Diplomdarba tēma ir "Iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodoklis Latvijā un Eiropas Savienības valstīs. Salīdzinošā analīze" Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Savienības valstu IIN sistēmu un veikt ienākuma no šī nodokļa valsts budžetā pieaugšanas tempa salīdzinošo analīzi, sniegt priekšlikumus Latvijas nodokļu sistēmas pilnveidošanai, kas sekmētu vienlīdzības principa īstenošanu valstī, kā arī nodrošināt stabilus ieņēmumus valsts budžetā no IIN. Dotā mērķa sasniegšanai tika uzstādīti noteikti uzdevumi, kurus izpildot, autors apstiprināja hipotēzi: Valstīs ar progresīvo IIN likmi ienākumu pieagšanas temps valsts budžetā no šiem nodokļiem ir augstāks nekā valstīs ar proporcionālo nodokļa likmi. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tika apskatīti teorētiskie aspekti, kuri iekļauj sevī nodokļu būtību, nodokļu klasifikāciju, nodokļu sistēmu un valsts budžetu, kas ir nepieciešams, lai sekmīgi spriestu par konkrēto valsts nodokļu sistēmu un ieņēmumiem valsts budžetā. Otrajā nodaļā tika veikta Eiropas Savienības valstu makroekonomisko rādītāju analīze, kuri tieši ietekmē ienākumus no IIN valsts budžetā. Trešajā nodaļā tika analizētas un salīdzinātas Eiropas Savienības valstu IIN sistēmas, kā arī salīdzināta IIN ieņēmumu budžetā dinamika pa gadiem. Darba beigās tiek atspoguļoti galvenie darba secinājumi un izvirzīti konkrēti priekšlikumi. Darbs sastāv no 90 lapaspusēm, 3 nodaļām. Darbā ievietoti 40 attēli un 10 tabulas. Atslēgvārdi: nodokļi, nodokļu sistēma, iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodoklis, progresīva nodokļu likme. The topic of this Diploma Thesis is " Personal income tax in Latvia and European Union countries. Comparative analysis" The research aims to explore the European Union's national PIT system and make the comparative analysis of income's from this tax to the state budget growth rate, to give proposals for improvement of Latvian tax system, which would facilitate implementation of the equality principle in the country as well as to ensure stable revenues for the state budget from the PIT. Concrete tasks were developed to approve the main hypothesis of the research wortk: The growth rate of the Revenues to the state budget from PIT in countries with a progressive rate of personal income tax is higher than in countries with a proportional tax rate. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical aspects which include the tax nature, tax classification, tax system and the state budget, which is necessary to successfully implement the analysis of the specific national tax system and public revenues to the state budget. In the second chapter the analysis of national macroeconomic indicators, which directly affect the income of the personal income tax to the state budget was conducted. In the third section national personal income tax system, as well as personal income tax revenue of the budget dynamics over the years were analyzed and compared. The Diploma Thesis ends with the main conclusions and definite proposals were offered. The Research consists of 90 pages, 3 chapters. 40 pictures and 10 tables are included.
