Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba attiecību tiesiskais regulējums grūtniecības laikā”. Šī temata aktualitāte ir nenoliedzama, balstoties uz to, ka strādājošas grūtnieces ir ārkārtīgi nozīmīgs elements ikvienas sabiedrības veiksmīgā funkcionēšanā. Līdz ar to vitāli būtiski ir izvērtēt šīs īpaši aizsargājamās grupas normatīvo regulējumu darba attiecību kontekstā, identificēt nepilnības un veikt to labojumus. Šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kā tiek regulētas sieviešu tiesības grūtniecības periodā uzsākot darba attiecības, darba attiecību laikā, kā arī kā tiek regulēta darba attiecību pārtraukšana ar strādājošu grūtnieci. Darbs sastāv no četrām pamata daļām – pirmajā daļā tiek gūts ieskats grūtnieču tiesību regulējumā, otrā daļa aplūko darba attiecību dibināšanas jautājumu grūtniecības laikā. Trešā daļa aplūko tādus darba attiecību aspektus kā darba laiks, darba vides riski, atvaļinājums, kas attiecināmi uz strādājošām sievietēm grūtniecības laikā. Ceturtajā daļā tiek aplūkots tiesiskais regulējums, kas attiecināms uz darba attiecību pārtraukšanu ar strādājošu grūtnieci. Theme of the bachelor thesis is "Labour relations legislation during pregnancy." The actuality of this thesis is undeniable, mainly based on the fact that a pregnant employee is an extremely important element in the successful functioning of any society. Consequently, it is vitally essential to consider how this esspecially protected group of employees is described by normative regulation of labor relations. It is neccessary, so it would be possible to identify gaps in legal legislation and make neccessary improvements. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to clarify how are regulated the rights of women during pregnancy, when being hired, labor relations, as well as the effective regulation of termination of employment of pregnant workers. The work consists of four basic parts - the first part derives insight in legal framework of pregnant woman and their rights, the second part deals with the issue of labor relations for pregnant woman when ėstablishing new working relationships. The third part looks at the aspects of labor relations such as working time, labor and environmental risks, leave attributable to female workers during pregnancy. The fourth part deals with the legal framework that applies to the termination of employment of pregnant workers.
